Welcome to the Sparks Family Medicine’s Functional Medicine Energy Center platform, offering patients Integrative & Functional Medicine (“I&FM”) tools they need for Sparks Family Medicine’s Functional Medicine Program. These tools include a customized resources and links to I&FM products and services approved by Sparks Family Medicine. Registered users can log in using the user name and password created when they registered.

If you are a patient interested in I&FM services and do not have a provider, please contact FMEC.
